Designing Bankable Infrastructure Where Systems Break Down

Canadian infrastructure development and project finance platform. Active mandates across West Africa.

What We Focus On

Deal Origination

We go where most sponsors cannot — directly to sovereign and sub-sovereign governments to secure development mandates. We control the deal architecture from inception before any capital partner enters the room.

SPV design, risk allocation, capital stack architecture, and revenue model engineering. Every structure is built to survive DFI investment committee, ECA credit committee, and commercial bank scrutiny simultaneously.

We connect bankable transactions to development finance institutions, export credit agencies, Canadian pension capital, and institutional co-investors. We approach these institutions as a Canadian platform, not a foreign supplicant.
